I am accepting new students this fall!

I'm best able to work with singers of classical, music theater, and contemporary song who are at least ten years old.
I enthusiastically welcome students whose interests in and experiences with singing vary: professional singers, voice teachers, choristers, avocational singers, beginners — everyone!
And I enjoy assisting diverse singers in every way: audition and performance preparation, process-oriented technical work, song learning, vocal rehabilitation, acting a song, singing songs for pleasure, etc. (I play piano and can sightread.)
This fall, I'm regularly seeing singers in my home, as well as via FaceTime or Zoom, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from about 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on Fridays and Saturdays from about 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. I live in Bay View at 3446 South Lenox Street.

My rates are $30 for 30 minutes, $45 for 45 minutes, and $60 for a 60-minute session. Payment can be made via cash, check, Zelle, Apple Cash, or Venmo (@dianekathleenlane).
Some singers choose to have a regular weekly or every-other-week lesson slot, and others prefer to schedule their lessons individually; for the latter, my available lesson times are listed here. If you're interested in the former, you can get a pretty good idea of the regular slots I've available from that list of lesson times. Please knock on my door no more than a minute before your lesson time.
If you find you aren't able to attend a lesson, please let me know this at least 24 hours before your lesson time. If I don't receive a full day's notice of your cancellation, I ask that this lesson be purchased.
